In February 2019 ÅF Consult aquired Pöyry and in November 2019, we came together as AFRY. In AFRY, I continued my work as head of the Hanko office with the same tasks and responsibilities as when working for Pöyry.

Pöyry Local Services has offices in several cities in Finland. As head of the Hanko office, I, togetherwith my team, serve customers in the Hanko area. My daily tasks mostly consist of managingprojects of different sizes, but also include sales and customer relations management.

General Electric, GE, acquired Alstom Power & Grid in November 2015, my tasks and responsibilities remained the same as when working for Alstom.

As a member of the Thermal Services team my tasks included tendering work for larger projects, project management, keeping contact with end customers as well as internal and external suppliers, handling spare part orders, cost calculations and deliveries, actively looking for new opportunities in the Air Quality Control Systems (AQCS) market and attending trainings to grow my own expertise. In January 2015 the Thermal Services team's AQCS business in Norway became my main area of responsibility but I also spent some time working with generators.

In addition to the tasks I had as Documentation Engineer I was given more responsibility for development work, for example unifying the service bulletin production within Wärtsilä globally and participating in designing a service bulletin workflow tool. I also became a member of a Service Bulletin Expert Group.

My main task was to create service bulletins for all Wärtsilä Finland engine types; collect information, write a short and comprehensive bulletin, create illustrations for the bulletin and publish the bulletin for internal and external customers. All bulletins are written in English.
