Nordic Business Forum is one of the biggest and most influential business conferences in the world. In previous years Nordic Business Forum has had world class speakers such as President Barack Obama, George Clooney, Amy Cuddy, Sir Richard Branson and many others. Customer Service is highly praised at Nordic Business Forum by its 7500 C-level customers (rating from the 2019 event: 5,6/6).I was taking part in the Leadership Program, which provides an opportunity for 16 handpicked students to participate in a series of customer experience and leadership development training sessions. The main goals of the program is to prepare the program participants to work as Team Leaders for groups of students at the event and to equip them with skills, training, coaching and practical experience to prepare them for their future careers.In 2022 with my fellow Team Leaders we built the big Customer Service Team. We promoted the event, interwieved potential applicants and hired our own teams. My team was responsible for First Class Customers before and during the event. I was training, coaching and leading team of 11 awesome people.

In 2019 I was working as part of Speaker Services team at NBF 2019 event. I was assigned a key note speaker of whom I was taking care before and during the event. This experience was a whole new level of stepping out of the comfort zone. I am grateful for being trusted at such an important task.
