I worked in the R&D department as supervisor for color matching service and color laboratory. In addition to managing tinting projects, I was involved in tinting-related customer service. I was responsible for the maintenance and communicating of tinting guidelines at group level. I was also involved in handling customer feedback.

I was in charge of quality control at the tinting paste factory. In addition to my duties as the department's supervisor I participated in development of the production process together with process development and product development. I also worked as key user on the quality management part of the SAP ERP system for the European factories. In addition, I coordinated other tasks related to quality management at European level. I was involved in the research and analysis of customer feedback.

I coordinated quality control worldwide. In production transfer projects, I was responsible for providing information, instructions and materials related to quality control and on-site guidance of workers. From 2002 to 2004, I performed this task from the factory in the Netherlands. During this period, the work focused on the local quality control and production quality development.

I worked as product responsible chemist. In addition to the actual development work, I participated in test runs of products and optimization of the formulations to production scale. I was involved in the development of a product line that was granted a patent. In 1997, I was in the USA to participate in the start-up of a tinting paste factory. I set up the quality control laboratory, instructed both laboratory and production workers in the manufacture of the first product batches.
