Responsibilities:• Development of the existing Affiliate platform;• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates through various approaches, including affiliate networks, marketplace sites, etc;• Marketing of the affiliate program: conducting advertising campaigns for new partners and conducting bonus and PR activities for registered partners, tracking efficiency• Developing a process for systematic verification of affiliates for the quality of the traffic provided and fraud• Analysis by affiliate programs of competitors, development of new advertising materials for partners, and analysis of their conversion• Building KPIs and processes within the team of the Affiliate unit, forming a team for the needs of the business;• Prioritizing execution strategy based on revenue potential;• Monitoring affiliate activity, analyzing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending ways to increase affiliate performance;• Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures for affiliates• Managing affiliate marketing managers;• Coordinating with designers for conversion promo materials, banners;

• Project Coordination with stakeholders across all levels, including top management, in a global company;• Managing Budget, Schedule, Scope, and Risk Management for three projects of an account;• Ensure projects’ start, customization, and delivery according to the best-fit delivery model and best project-management practices;• Responsible for all aspects of project delivery and at all SDLC stages, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, control, and closing;• Accountable for communication between StartupCraft and the Clients, facilitation/engagement/proposal phase for new opportunities/projects, building and managing client's expectations;• Pre-sales and discovery managing;• Personnel management, to include planning required hires, staffing and retention, talent development, ensure onboarded people’s professional growth;• Manage Agile environment, mindset, and transformation;• Team Coaching, Mentorship, and Leadership;• Invoicing and managing financial KPIs for the account, preparing Forecasts;• Lead and direct software development teams to deliver projects;• Support consistently successful solution developments and deployments;
