Hello, my name is Maria Silverman. Today I have been promoted to store manager for McDonalds. The store I work for is owned by Purcell Foods. I have been with this company for the last 13 years. I successfully lead our Kitchen Department by making our targets every month. I trained our current Kitchen Department Manager. I have also successfully ran the Guest Service and training Department. I help train managers, hold interviews, keep up with our P.O.P, run shifts, and areas of the store. I have completed my classes at Colorado Technical University for my Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Food service. I graduated July 17, 2023 with a 3.98 GPA. I also graduated from Hamburger University. I enjoy talking to our customers and help them with anything they may or may not have problems with.
