I am responsible for leading Gupy's event strategy, focused on results. Starting with creating, planning, executing and evaluating corporate events, conferences, fairs, product launches, etc.I was in charge of HR4Results 2023, a 2-day event held for leaders and the HR community, bringing an audience of over 5000 people, +100 speakers and +100 sponsors.In addition to large events, I am responsible for Arena Gupy's event policy where we held more than 40 events in the first 3 months, having cases of small events (65 participants) that resulted in an estimated ROI of 400%.Developed a new methodology for producing KPIs in order to be able to better evaluate each initiative and assess the impact of each one on the company's overall results.
