Creating marketing, hiring, monitor profit/loss to assist in decisions to purchase new equipment/hire employees and when to acquire another location

*Portfolio management and client relationship building*Complete collateral site inspections, and submit valuations*Analyze Global Cash Flow and NOI depending on the lending option*Referrals to partners including: FA, Merchant, TM, Small Business Specialists and Branch products

* Manage respective client portfolios to ensure maximum return to members, seamless operational delivery* Responsible for business development, credit analysis and loan structuring, business member engagement, relationship management and overall portfolio and credit risk management. *Recognize different business structures and cash flow to make recommendations for the business to create a smoother cash flow process and capitalize on their liquidity*Organize loan documents to ensure approvals and maintain a pipeline to increase the branches profitability*Daily responsibilities including, but are not limited to: setting appointments, customer relationships, maintaining organized files, problem resolution and account maintenance*Branch and organization referrals including: branch area assistance needs, cross sell items, encountering appropriate referrals for partners, fraud prevention, refer/route queries to appropriate staff * Security administration including: proper safekeeping, storage, and destruction of office records and computer output, maintain confidentiality * Arrange meeting agenda, creating training tools, lead meetings for the entire District of Banker, Coaching Leader/Management Skill Training* Initiate plans to help lead the tellers/banker towards success* Assist management in running of branch (coaching, lunch and break schedule, staffing, communication and delegation of projects)
