I am managing a variety of projects to help improve and protect the health of our local residents.Previously worked as a Physiologist empowering clients to optimise lifestyle to help flourish in health and wellbeing. I hold a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, which is accredited by the SENr. I have worked with many sports teams and professional athletes to optimise their sports performance and recovery strategies.I believe in a realistic approach to nutrition in order to maximise health while meeting specific, individual goals - whether those goals are weight management or enhancing athletic performance.I am also an accredited UK anti-doping Advisor, using a food first approach to meet nutritional needs.I have a huge passion for sport. Sports I enjoy taking part in myself, include triathlon, rowing, cycling, skiing and tennis to name a few!
