Leading and managing a large team of process managers delivering service management activities for UK&I based clients. Key responsibilities included SLA & KPI achievement, planning, co-ordinating and managing the work of the aligned process managers, minimising risks where possible and overseeing daily operations.I work as part of the aligned Regional Process team, and across the wider SMC leadership team to drive my team forward, continually assessing the service delivered and identifying and undertaking improvements.

Team Leader in a Multi Client leveraged Service Desk environment responsible for supporting over 200 customer accounts. In this role I was a driving force for my team by continually assessing the service delivered and identifying and undertaking improvement opportunities by working closely with Service Managers, Tower Service Managers (TSM’s) and Senior Management. The role depended heavily on analytical skills, process management and auditing, management of staff to ensure standards are maintained, continuous improvement, careful management of response and resolution times and decision making.
