-Organize the accounting for ten project companies and establish the priorities -Record all documents (bank statements, invoices, petty cash, leasing, depreciation, loans, interests, reevaluations, payroll) according to Romanian Accounting Standards within established deadlines, -Verify the legality and accuracy of the information before recording into the system, in accordance with the accounting rules and principles, -Prepare monthly VAT reports and other tax declarations for the Romanian Fiscal Bodies including the financial statements, closing monthly expenses and revenues and calculate the income tax, - Supervise the financial part of the contracts proposed by the development and administrative departments,- Prepare the monthly cash-flow for all project companies according with the categories of project costs of business plan based on actual and prepare the forecast cash-flow-Prepare the documents for payment-Implement of a new accounting system (Navision)-Recover the VAT from State Budget-Support for annual audit
