As a nurse, my heart's desire is caring for others and helping people. Being in the healthcare field has helped educate me on the great need for health promotion. Day by day, I see the toll that sickness and disease takes on our population. I see how the lack of nutrition in our American diet leads to further health issues.My goal is to help educate others on the importance of nutrition, and how it lends to improved health and well-being. By taking a proactive approach to health, we can promote health and prevent further disease. Financial peace is also something many people struggle with. After all, we all go to work each day to make money to pay the bills. The stress that comes from worrying about money decreases our overall well-being. My goal is to offer solutions for physical and financial health, that will lead to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled LIFE.
