Ownership of the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, application review, interviewing, HR interviews/arranging technical interviews with internal managers or client-side, extending of job offers;- Consulting with managers on the hiring process and developing a strategic plan to ensure successful recruitment of quality candidates.- Identifies key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of labor market, competition and external talent.- Delivers high quality candidates shortlist, and presents short listed candidates to manager in effective manner with interpretation and analysis of data to aid decision-making.- Designing and implementing effective attraction strategies.- Develops and maintains effective network (e.g. job fairs, on campus, at events including conferences) to maximise visibility and attract top quality candidates- Participation in external activities (Events, IT-conferences)- Hands on experience being part of the brainstorming processes of most of the marketing campaign that have been launched locally.
