About Maria Vasquez-Iraheta

Hi! My name is Maria, currently an account rep with ICANotes. I have been in the customer service industry for more than 5 years and constantly learning things with the companies I have worked for in the past. I aim to go above and beyond for customers and that's just to maintain and keep that customer happy. I try to figure out different ways or solutions to do my job and make sure I do it right as well. I am also a hard worker and reliable as well. A lot of my experience is data entry, using different computer programs and being in contact in the customer to build/maintain that relationship and get them what they need to succeed.
