I started my career as part of the sales + operations team that took an unknown fashion brand to over 10 million dollars in annual sales. I then went on to build (and sell), my own successful and profitable national wholesale distribution company. Most recently I was part of the team that launched a CPG brand into 100s of stores (including Loblaws & Wholefoods) across Canada & the USA in the first 1.5 years of business. LEADERSHIP: Built and mentored a high performing national sales team resulting in improvement in overall team productivity and effectiveness. Achieved 5-10% YOY increase in wholesale revenue by implementing targeted sales strategies and cultivating key client relationshipsNEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES: Successfully launched new products via DTC channels and B2B wholesale partnerships, driving an increase in overall sales and enhancing the company's offerings.
