Manages the daily operations of the LIMS in the Scientific Affairs Department. Globally maintains the test code databases for PACS, ICOLIMS and Antrim LIS systems including General, Micro and Pathology modules.Review, verify, and release scientific configurations of databases. Calculation of test code thresholds for client and ICON Central Laboratories requirements.Verification of protocol test code specifications that have been configured to clients and ICON Central Laboratory requirements.Ensure accuracy of information transmission across instrument interfaces, ordering and reporting interfaces.Assist in the building and maintaining of the Interface Engine.Troubleshoot quality control, interface, and reporting issues which may require knowledge of interdependency of laboratory tests and knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results.Work closely with all departments utilizing various LIMS systems to ensure efficiency and process flow.Perform software customization to meet the needs of clinical sponsor companies.Defines data mapping using SDTM, LOINC or sponsor-specific specifications.
