For the last 3 years I've been a Specialty Sales Team Leader for Target Corporation. Leading into this role I held different positions within the store. In all these positions I utilized skills in customer service, training, leading and developing, as well as business ownership, sales and visual merchandising. One of my proudest accomplishments is in developing and empowering a team that can function without me!Toward the end of last year, I obtained a Certificate from Cornell University in Human Resource Management. I'm working on my second certificate, Diversity and Inclusivity. This year I want to focus more on personal growth and development. I've started learning Spanish with a goal to become fluent in the language, which I feel will aid me in adapting to the ever-changing, diverse society we live in.
