 Managed a 360 recruitment for Residential & Commercial Construction Clients: identifying qualified candidates, conducting screening interviews, coordinating onsite interviews, conducting offer negotiations and onboarding.  Produced 4 to 5 placements weekly with a 75% retention stay rate after the probation period. Was able to work with tight deadlines and urgent hire requests: upholding average time to fill around 2 weeks. Provided excellent experience for candidate and client from initial contact through onboarding. Dynamically searched, built, and maintained networks of candidates through online and offline capabilities. Taught and influenced clients on candidate skills, recruiting processes, strategies, and market conditions. Formed regular reports on recruiting activity by tracking critical metrics and recruitment data.

Key Accomplishments: Filled over 150 entry-level and senior-level positions within 10-month time frame. Maintained the candidate pipeline for various positions by pre-screening and interviewing 40-50 candidates a week. Established recruitment branding initiatives that increase candidate awareness and candidate flow by over 60%. Effectively coached Hiring Managers on interview best practices which reduced cost-to-hire, time-to-fill, and turnover. Responsibilities: Handled high-volume full cycle recruitment process for Sales, Customer Service, Office, Technical and Trade positions in a fast-paced, unstructured, stat-up environment, adhering to strict tight deadlines and aggressive hiring goals.  Led weekly management meetings to establish hiring priorities and developed plans to meet hiring targets. Partnered with senior leadership to identify staffing needs, develop workforce planning strategies, and determine job requirements and/or job descriptions to support planned growth. Leveraged a variety of recruiting resources to source talent – resume base sourcing, job fair events, cold-calling, networking, educational and government employment organizations, and variety of job boards (general, niche). Maintained HRIS, train new hires with system and company policies, initiated security background checks and onboarding.

 Promoted to the position of recruitment coordinator after demonstrating an ability to learn quickly and master complex concepts flawlessly within 4 months.  Aggressively sourced candidates for Customer Service and Sales positions. Conducted phone-screened applicants, scheduled approximately 15 interviews per day, completed reference checks, onboarded new hires, led new hire orientations.
