Analyzed cost differential between labor costs in Scholastic’s Missouri warehouse versus China, moved selected back list product offshore, and reduced annual costs by $3 million.• Team Leader for the 2002 Corporate Procurement Initiative which centralized and leveraged total corporate spend and generated annual savings of $36 million.• Team Leader for the 2001 Forecasting and Planning Initiative which centralized ordering and inventory management.
