About Maria Arzu

I am a bilingual Honduran-American newly living in Henrico, VA. I am a hard-working, motivated, driven and passionate individual with a lot of experience in social services and child welfare. On a daily basis I work toward bridging the gap between the criminal justice system and domestic violence victims who are mis-labeled as the aggressor. I am also an avid advocate for all individuals who come from black and brown communities who are wrongly convicted of crimes during these trying times.
