Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the Company. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies. Personally manage the staff that is responsible for the specific tasks, assignments, programs & events.Responsible for encouraging the growth and assisting in the evaluation process of the staff.Responsible to the Executive Director to provide assistance in the grant process.Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking and office keys. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Provide office orientation for new employees.Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner. Supervise staff. Prepare Sales for Deposit, handles all bank transaction from opening an account, deposits, transfer fund, check encashment and withdrawals.Prepare checks for payables; manage checking account as well as petty cash account.Update passbook: Saving and Current Balances.Highly motivated in Preparation of financials for the owners, daily, weekly and monthly report on time. Includes profit and loss of the company, Gross Sales, Cost of Sales and Operating Expense.Budgeting, Purchasing and Costing for Food and Drinks.Reduced labor and cost of goods sold by 20%. Manage physical inventory: weekly and monthly for food cost analysis.Payroll (Computation and Disbursement)Expertise includes tax preparations, automated general ledger accounting systems (Peachtree accounting software).Furnished all reports and payments for BIR, monthly, quarterly and annually.SSS and Philhealth application, remittance and quarterly report.Responsible for buffet and party reservations.
