The Ultimate Technology programs provide extra-curricular educational activities and facilitate pathways to higher education for BIPOC K -12 students. The programs have an emphasis onunderrepresented populations and female students with a focus on careers in science, math,engineering and technology (accounting and cyber security). The goal of this grant funded program is to encourage higher educational pursuits as well as increase the number of underrepresented minority and female students enrolling in STEM related courses – in both high school and college.

Primary responsibilities include: Developing General Business Studies (GBS) course curriculum and facilitating instructional delivery for in-person, hybrid, and online courses; Reviewing all GBS course/section data for conformity, compliance an sequencing in accordance with HLC and MCCCD requirements and catalogs; Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and evaluating GBS adjunct faculty; Administering student internship/externship programs; developing partnerships with community and local business organizations; helping students find and prepare for internships/externships.COURSES:Business Statistics, Quantitative Methods (Linear Programming), Intro to Social Media, Owning and Operating a Small Business, Marketing and Social Networking, Applied Social Media Marketing, and Storytelling in Social Media

Primary responsibilities include: Creating curriculum that integrate hand-on STEM through physical computing to address and solve everyday problems; Developing and facilitating teacher training workshops; Developing, staffing, and launching summer enrichment programs for K-12 students.Project Partners: Gila River Indian Community, Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools, Dysart Unified School District, and South Mountain Community College

Held all P&L and Operational responsibility for new retail home furnishings concept (start-up);  Led strategic planning process, formulated the corporate vision and direction, initiated growth strategies, approved all major financial management and new product development initiatives, and provided strategic guidance on operations and directed capital creation efforts.Key Accomplishments:- Opened a showroom at the High Point International Furniture Market- Established wholesale relationships with trade-only showrooms across the country- Participated in two seasons of Homestretch reality-tv design competition- Accepted into the inaugural class of the Macy's supplier diversity program- Obtained WBEC and NMSDC certifications - Selected as on of Home Accents Today's "50 Retail Stars" and Retail Advisory Board

Responsible for the management of the North American MIS portfolio – annual spend $5MM - Created and executed the ND Americas merchant transaction data strategy; Charted the course for MIS data reporting and analytical report tools – determining which platforms, infrastructure, and business intelligence tools are necessary to support evolving data needs- Managed and led a team of 12 FTEs and 4 contract developers - Eliminated redundancies across operating units reducing annual MIS overhead by 10%Additional responsibilities included: Chairing the ES National Diversity Team and Co-Chairing the ES Phoenix Business Continuation Planning Committee.
