I am currently contracted by Women on Boards (rebranded WB Directors) and I also work with a male allyship programme provider. I curate and advise on ED&I and specialise in advising on and delivering professional development and ED&I initiatives through partnerships.My affiliations include an app for executives with caring responsibilities, several coaches and their programmes and an exec search firm specialising in engineering hires. I am a qualified career coach with the International Coaching Federation. I have spent many years supporting women and companies, predominantly in the energy sector, with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, having run POWERful Women from conception for six years www.powerfulwomen.org.uk I worked for the Energy Institute, the UK Royal Chartered professional body for the entire energy sector, in a variety of project and programme management roles, eventually setting up their branch in the Middle East. I have almost 30 years experience bringing together senior leaders, Government and industry in the UK and internationally. I am a volunteer for Women in Renewable Energy and Lean in Equity and Sustainability, and I am a supporter of a network of women’s networks in energy - Women's Energy Network Alliance (which I helped to set up in 2018). I work with leaders in a variety of sectors with thriving gender diversity initiatives, programmes and networks, including tech, banking and finance and automotive, but my passion is seeing their intersection with energy during this time of great change. I am a SEN mum and animal lover and I try to live in my zone of genius which is connecting people who are meant to meet, and creating meaningful conversations and action on ED&I. I have a degree in British Cultural Studies, and culture change seems to be the work that was meant for me and I am meant for it. Let’s have a chat!
