As an internal communications manager my main focus was to create and deliver on the internal communications strategy. I worked closely with HR in internal transformation projects, and with the communications departement in overall communications projects, creating awareness and understanding for set goals among employees. The Swedish Green Party is present in all political levels from local municipalities to the European Parliament. I worked at the Stockholm office and my main focus was to create awareness on green issues among youths in the 2006 election movement. I took part in panel discussions, gave lectures on sustainability, wrote articles for internal and external use.
