Hello to you!I’m a HR Professional who loves empowering others and supporting them to do their best work, stay highly engaged, and feel cared for at the same time. I’m a big believer and participant of the paradigm where you lead from your heart, align with your values and care about your impact on the world and others. I’m on a mission to bring the human back into human resources, and to help impact the workplace with conscious, resilient, courageous and compassionate leaders who are interested in creating systems and contributing to a world that works for everyone.I’m a world citizen too - lived/worked in Asia, South Pacific, Latin America, Europe and now North America. Favourite places- most any place with a surf-able beach, hiking trails and cycling routes.I’m also ACC certified with the International Coaching Federation, with a speciality in Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP) and an emphasis on mental fitness. My approach is firmly rooted in deep respect and caring for my clients. Through trauma-informed, Somatic and NLP tools and techniques, I help my clients center, pause and reconnect with themselves and their values, and take courageous steps towards their goals.Outside of work, when I’m not surfing, biking or hiking, I’m plotting how to never run out of chocolate, and manifesting my dream to run a surf/meditation retreat to empower young women become compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
