This amazing program allows me to be surrounded by a community of practitioners and leaders in the field of Health and Human Performance. Additionally, opensource learning resources, such as Georgia Tech’s MOOC and EDx have provided a wealth of knowledge available online to expand my skillset and professional horizons on AI, DataScience, Healthtech, Lifesciences, Functional Medicine, Ageing and Health. Reconnecting: In the past, I often found myself caught in the relentless cycle of work and responsibilities. This pause has allowed me to improve relationships and cultivate deeper connections with loved ones. By actively listening, sharing experiences, and simply being present, I've strengthened bonds and created lasting memories.Prioritizing Self-Care: I’ve learnt the practical and purposeful technique of Vipassana meditation as a way of self-transformation through self-observation. This technique which focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body, allows me to strengthen focus and attention and practise an art of living.Exploring the World: Recently, I’ve embarked on adventures to experience different cultures firsthand. Parts of Portugal, Australia, SilkRoad China, Singapore, Canada and regional California have given me a deeper understanding and appreciation of the world and the people in it. The journey so far, has been invigorating and I’m grateful for the opportunities that have arisen. I’m excited to share more about my experiences and learnings.
