About Maria Chiara Biagi

I'm a research engineer with a PhD in Physics, specialized in advanced technology for life science. I've been working on health care devices for over 8 years, in both the experimental and computational sides.Currently, I'm developping complex pipelines for neuroimaging processing and optimization algorithms to improve the treatment of different neuropathologies via electrical stimulation (tCS). I'm also in charge of modifying and maintaining the company's internal codes and test cases, managing releases and writing the technical documentation. In my past work at the bench, I studied the nanoscale effects of microwave electric fields on cells, and desigend and fabricated portable microdevices for diagnostic and therapy.
