Horizon Counseling & Outreach Center, Inc. (HC&OCI) offers a comprehensive, integrated array of the highest quality programs and services, uniquely tailored to help individuals help themselves. HC&OCI offers hope, counseling, healing, education, training and empowerment for a positive life change, healthy marriages, responsible fatherhood, and opportunities to obtain long-term self-sufficiency. HC&OCI provides a caring bridge from crisis to stability for the community of Orange, Osceola, Polk and Lake County in Central Florida. HC&OCI It is also a refuge to stabilize those in crisis or life transition, care for the mentally ill, house the homeless, heal the sick, comfort the abused, and help the addicted. Throughout these programs we also provide assistance for those families with incarcerate love ones, and facilitate their returning to the communities, from prisons and jails, with employment assistance, substance abuse programs, housing, family programming, mentoring, character development, life & coping skill, anger management & impulse control classes, community service and other services and/or activities that help reduce recidivism.
