👩🏻‍⚕️Veterinary to maintain my childhood dream 🌎Brazilian by born, Italian by blood and Spain by love🦠Passionate about education, food microbiology and food safety🥩🧀🥚🍯🧪Master`s degree in food inspection and food technology to understand the importance of this professional in public health and security.🧫A true believer that the #onehealth is the way to promote food security all around the world📝After being approved in 1st place for the only public vacancy offered, I worked for five years as an inspector of the animal origin foods manufacturing in a municipally, verifying the sanity and hygienic conditions of the slaughter at a poultry slaughterhouse and production of several products like meat and dairy, honey and egg process. I was also responsible for verifying the implementation of HACCAP, Good Manufacturing Practices and self-monitoring programs.📈 Also, I achieved a vice coordinator position of the municipality inspection service, developing local laws to sanity of animal origin foods according to national and international requirements. At this time, we achieved that our municipally, as a part of a public consortium, be added to the Brazilian Sistem of animal origin food products(SISBI-POA), which brought much economic development to the city and the agro producers.👩🏻‍🏫As part of my other passion, since 2017, I´ve taught food inspection and food technology to graduate and postgraduate veterinary students, believing education is the only way to a better world.But before all that, I worked as a cashier, a saleswoman and a nanny, so I never was worried about a new job and always am open to further knowledge.
