I have a passion for psychology and technology, two things that currently work together in my life ✨When I first started recruiting, I worked at Drogaria Araujo's "Programa Incluir" - one of the biggest drugstores in Brazil. My job was to hire people with disabilities, making sure that all 200+ stores across the state had a more diverse and inclusive work environment 🤝After completing my career at Drogaria Araujo, I joined iDinheiro, a fintech startup, where I worked as an HR Generalist. My role was to establish the People Team from scratch, which included implementing IT recruitment, employee experience, and training and development areas. The company grew from 21 to 42 employees in just one year with my contribution. We also achieved 5 million monthly users on our website 🏹 Today, I am part of Alts Digital, a Portugal-based company (100% remote) that helps websites worldwide reach their full potential.
