- Source top candidates through various online channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, GitHub, Medium, Twitter) for diverse markets (LATAM, Europe, North America)- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes- Plan, optimize, and conduct interviews and selection procedures, including screenings, assessments, and interviews, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience- Leverage data daily to facilitate hiring discussions with stakeholders and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies- Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates- Mentor and support team members within the Talent Acquisition team
