The Quality & Compliance Officer supports the organization in complying with corporate compliance, all industry and regulatory requirements, quality assurance standards, and safety programs. This effort includes building efficient systems for compliance and accountability, managing compliance policies and procedures, facilitating various trainings, and working with department directors and teams to improve quality and compliance throughout the organization. Responsible to regularly facilitate: facility manual updates, quality assurance programs, employee training tracking, regulatory changes, MUI/UI processing, health and safety programs and committees, and data driven metrics and measurements. Additionally this role procures, retains and presents significant data collections for analysis, trends, reporting, growth projections and measurable outcomes.

As an ICF Program Service Manager, I managed daily operations of designated two cottages for 16 residents. I was responsible for providing leadership, development, coaching and support to a team of staff. Promoted and ensured person centered planning, compliance, and coordination of resident services. Asa PSM, I managed and collaborated with other Program Service Managers to ensure quality of care for all residents.

QIDPs ensure the design, deliver and coordination of services through person centered planning and active treatment programs for approximately sixteen ICF residents. QIDPs are responsible for implementing all aspects of a resident's development, including but not limited to medical, social, educational and spiritual needs and desires. QIDPs must also collaborate and partner with other departments across the facility, to ensure ensure the rights and welfare of the residents are guaranteed.

As Direct Support Professional staff, responsibilities include caring for the residents, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meals. Not only do DSPs focus on their basic needs, but we also aim to improve their quality of life, taking a holistic approach to care. As a DSP Mentor Plus, additional responsibilities include training new staff and driving residents to different locations.

As a student worker at UC's Herbarium, responsibilities included imaging and transcribing herbaria samples for online consortiums. Several large scale, self-directed projects have been completed; a six month lichen restoration project was completed after severe water damage impacted hundreds of samples.
