I edited and revised documentation for the operations team, helping to create easy to digest manuals for external contractors and customer-facing documentation.

My team worked to design and implement new WAN solutions, working with on-site contacts to ensure changes to networks were executed smoothly. I worked primarily with the Power & Water, Renewables, and Lighting businesses.I was lead of the LTI Process and Q/A teams and responsible for generating, maintaining, and distributing process documentation. I reviewed sites as network changes were completed to ensure all standards were upheld and all processes were followed. I kept myself up to date on all process changes. I trained many new hires on GE standards.
