Accounting Manager
Current• Supervise and direct all financial activities of the hotel, safeguards assets and prepares all financial reports for management and ownership.• Perform the month end close including preparation of journal entries and review of the P&L.• Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts• Process bi-weekly payroll.• Monitor and approve all purchases, salaries and expenses of the hotel.• Oversee contracts and legal agreements and maintain licenses, permits and contracts.• Establish and audit internal financial controls including purchasing, cash handling and disbursements, inventories, master keys and associate time records.• Oversee audits conducted by internal and external auditors.• Ensure compliance with union contracts and tenants.
