I have more than 20 years’ experience running major, complex projects across highly regulated industries including finance, payments and insurance, driving transformation strategy and delivery to add value to organisations, people and customers.Change is my jam and I’m strong from strategy development through to delivery and embed. I’m known as the conductor with the ability to put my arms around many different components and bring them together. I’m experienced working at Executive level and the workshop floor and build relationships and influence to achieve results and take people on the journey.Currently I am Programme Manager at Payments NZ working with a highly talented team on the next generation payments programme to modernise the payments system for Aotearoa.Prior I led a large, complex programme at IAG on building strategy, development and execution of adjacency business www.repairhub.co.nz. Throughout my career at IAG I led out integration of acquired AMI and Lumley business into the IAG whānau and managed enterprise wider risk remediation programmes. My career sees me spanning a broad and wide range of programmes and includes the opportunity to start up a PMO office in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.While I pride myself on my professionalism and often work in complex and stressful environments, I also like to have fun at work and make sure the team around me feels supported, enjoys the day to day and shares the success for a job well done.I’m a mentor for professional women, providing advice on value, positioning, negotiating and influencing tactics to help.
