Research, design and develop forecast models predicting demand for technical support.• Program and develop base and special event forecast models for customer support (Teradata, SAS, Excel)• Work with Capacity Planning Group to strategize optimizing forecast model for mid and long term customer demand and customer satisfaction.• Work with Workforce Management Group to strategize short term plan of action for customer demand anomalies not captured in mid and long term forecast models.• Work with Software and Hardware Readiness to asses, measure and forecast relationship between current and future product offerings and customer behavior.

Responsible for providing actionable data and analysis to worldwide AppleCare Engineering teams, to prioritize allocation of their resources. Main duties during employment were as follows:1. Collect, manipulate and analyze data needed to sustain team operations and provide product feedback to AppleCare Engineering2. Manage internal databases holding Site Support Engineering data using SQL programming to source accurate data and develop scripts to aggregate data3. Main duties during employment as Technical Customer Service Support were as follows:1. Providing technical support to European Apple Authorized Service Providers in Spanish and English language.2. Provide product feedback to AppleCare Engineering on issues or feedback from the Service Channel Partners.3. Identify and collect data needed to sustain team operations, using data mining, data manipulation and data analysis.4. Any Adhoc technical reporting on request from management team5.
