In this highly collaborative role, I became a trusted advisor to adidas' senior leadership team, partnering closely to understand business objectives, define multichannel communications strategies and build compelling narratives. I led my team through the conceptualization and execution of largescale storytelling around digital transformation, product innovations, company culture, financial results and more through owned and earned media. In 2020, my role expanded to include internal communications, through which we created meaningful written, video and in-person touchpoints to inform and inspire the company's 60,000 employees around the world.

In 2015, I built the North America Corporate Communications team from the ground up and solidified its value within a global, matrixed organization. I led my team through the planning and execution of wide-reaching corporate announcements, consistently securing top-tier coverage in outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and Business Insider. I launched and produced the "Extraordinary Happens" podcast hosted by adidas' North America president and featuring guests Snoop Dogg, Aaron Rodgers, Erin Andrews, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and more. In the North America market, I oversaw the speaking strategy for the senior leadership team and global board members.
