As a Talent Manager at LCR International I play a pivotal role in identifying, acquiring, and developing top-tier professionals to enhance organizational success in the fresh produce industry.This includes Headhunting and Selection actively engaged in the recruitment process, sourcing and selecting candidates with the right skills and experience to meet the organization's needs as well as Market Analysis and Research.With fluency in both Spanish and English, I focus on interviewing and engaging with candidates around the globe with a particular focus on North and South America.

● Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.● Follow up regularly with the respective hiring managers and candidates to maximize effectiveness and ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.● Serve as the coordinator for scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates.● Supporting the onboarding process, including conducting background checks and conducting HR orientation.

● Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.● Maintain digital records of employees.● Assist with the hiring process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.● Assist with performance management procedures.● Schedule HR meetings, interviews, and events.● Coordinate training sessions and training.● Conduct inductions and update new personnel records.● Complete completion practices such as exit interviews.● Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
