• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
• Follow up regularly with the respective hiring managers and candidates to maximize effectiveness and ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
• Serve as the coordinator for scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Supporting the onboarding process, including conducting background checks and conducting HR orientation.

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain digital records of employees.
• Assist with the hiring process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule HR meetings, interviews, and events.
• Coordinate training sessions and training.
