I am Maria David, originally from Portugal, I have lived in England since 2002. I Graduated with a BA Hons degree in Social Work in 2012 and a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching (with a distinction) in 2019.I am dedicated to helping people to achieve their goals.A few years ago, my friends would have described me as cautious, introverted, unhappy and timid. My story may sound familiar: I was very shy, had little confidence and I was always afraid of peoples’ judgements and rejection. I struggled to find my voice and be the person I wanted to be. I needed to change how I related to the world so I could live a happier life and be the best role model I could to my daughter.I worked with an excellent life coach who helped me to find my voice. Along the way I realised that my path was to enable others to take the same journey I had. Now, my friends describe me as: independent, strong, outgoing, brave and positive, someone who is a patient and empathetic listener and I am living life on my terms and loving it.I am passionate about coaching and the positive energy it generates – I work by identifying my clients’ strengths, helping them decide their goals and giving encouragement and positive challenge to facilitate the changes they want to make. My job is to empower others - it is the best feeling in the world to help people reach their goals!
