My mission is to be a facilitator for human and cultural change-management programs, connecting self-awareness and personal development with organisational transformation. I believe this is the only way to drive real change.I currently work in the corporate sustainability field, under the belief that organizations - and people who work there - can transform their operations and business models to tackle the world's current social and environmental challenges. I have experience in the Financial and Fintech Sector, as well as Sustainability Corporate Consultancy, both in LATAM and Europe. I am a results-driven person, with strong interpersonal, communicational, project management and team-leadership skills. I also enjoy teaching and spreading knowledge, as well as continuously learning new things.
