During the last few years I collected many stimulating job experiences across different countries: I passed from accountant in Italy, to administrative assistant in Switzerland, then to Coordinator for a company in the Touristic Industry in the US and back to Switzerland as HR administrative assistant. When I return back to Italy, I initially worked for Martinelli Luce, a lights design company, where I worked as Back Office and Export sales assistant for the foreign market. Recently I joined PSP ITALIA, a global agency of casting procurement and the related technology services. Despite the many changes, my ability to rapidly adapt to new challenges let me succeed in any situation. In addition, I became familiar with international environments and I acquired excellent communication skills in English and French.My work experiences have refined my attitude to organization and my sense of responsibility, the attention to details and the ability to interact with colleagues. Moreover I am a hard-worker and I am used to rapidly acquire new techniques and concepts.Working in different countries, I developed the ability to communicate with people of all ages and a great understanding of different cultures and needs.Expertise:- Project management: Organize and coordinate events; analyzing problems and anticipate project needs,complete commitments within assigned time and budget.- Accounting:Bookkeeping for several companies; prepare company accounts and tax returns.- Administration:Classify and analyze data, write reports, gather informations.- Recruitment and HR duties:Posting job ads, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, preparing new employee hirings, serving as point person for all day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.- Communication:Collaborate with groups, deal with customers, work in multinational environments.
