Working for an academic institution is one of the most rewarding, self-fulfilling and exciting experiences. At least this is how I perceive my journey so far after working for a total of 16 years in 2 of the best academic institutions in Greece.My marketing skills were developed in the FMCG industry since my career started at L'Oreal Hellas, where I worked for five years. In 2005 I joined MBA International of AUEB and focused on marketing and international relations while I also handled international admissions. Since 2012, I hold the position of Marketing and Communications Director at ALBA Graduate Business School. This multifaceted experience in combination with a global mindset, a customer centric approach, and a continues effort to master new knowledge helped me shape an eagle eye view and a truly strategic approach to any given situation. Curious by nature and fascinated by technology, throughout my career I embraced and introduced novelties that have had radical impact to the effectiveness and the efficiency of the work produced by the departments I have been heading.Especially after the completion of my MBA, I managed to broaden from an effective director to a strategic leader who paved the way for an all-time record high in student head count and the brave adoption of new technologies, processes and marketing tools.
