Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile. I have over 20 years experience working in the legal field, predominantly as a Legal Assistant for plaintiff personal injury firms. For the last 5 years, I have been working remotely as a Demand Writer for a PI practice and most recently for a Los Angeles Employment & Labor firm. I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area; I moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in 2017 and here I remain. I have a home office that is quiet and allows me to focus, have uninterrupted phone calls and meetings, and is complete with up-to-date technology and high speed internet. I work efficiently and proficiently, using my time wisely and meeting all deadlines. I am definitely results-driven and am very comfortable spending time on the phone/email/text with clients to get their side of the story and to get the information from the client that I need to understand their respective case and to help set the attorney(s) up for success going through the entirety of the case.I am reliable & responsible, thorough, and I set a high bar of excellence for myself. I understand how important my role is: every attorney needs an excellent assistant!! I sincerely enjoy assisting attorneys and paralegals with their tasks and I take great pride in the quality of my work. Likewise, I lend empathy to clients, gaining their trust by allowing them to express themselves. At the end of the day, I am able to ascertain crucial information through client interviews and thorough examination of the client file and relevant documents.
