My main job as a sacker, cashier, and stocker was to make sure all our guests were satisfied with their visit to our store. As a cashier and sacker I was more involved with people which helped further my skills in communication. I also had to be able to work at a fast and diligent at all times to improve our sales as much as possible and make sure our guests always came back to shop with us. Being a cashier I also had to be able to work with currency and make sure I was not short or had too much money in my register, this meant I had to be responsible when handling the store's money.

Working at Spanish Inn taught me many things about customer service. Here I learned how to apply my customer service skills everyday. I learned how to cope with my coworkers to work as team to get things done while also having the knowledge to understand everyone's job so that I could lend a helping hand when needed. It was also necessary to have the ability to calculate the amount of money we received and sort it into the correct categories.
