Starting from July 2015 I'm involved in a new challenging job, working in FCA Services S.c.p.a. in the Vendor Tooling Team dealing with the inventory management of the tooling loaned for use to suppliers. In 2016 it's has been required to contribute to design the compliance of controls and procedures to the Sarbanes-Oxley Law. Starting from September 2020 I am an external lecturer at the Turin Polytechnic, I lead the exercises for the course Production planning and management in the Engineering and Management Bachelor's degree and for the course Fundamentals of Production Management in the Industrial Manufacturing Technologies Bachelor's degree.In the period November 2008 July 2015 I was involved in a dynamic experience working in FCA Services S.p.A. as Customer Service Manager in the FCA Account Manager and New Businesses. Previously I dealt with Sarbanes-Oxley Audit for Manufacturing and Services Companies. Experienced in SAP R/3 (Modules Sales and Distribution / Finance Accounts Receivable) (implementation and migration projects).I dealt with Soft Skills Survey in a partnership project between the Politecnico of Torino, KeyG Consulting S.p.A., Fiat Service S.p.A. and SADI S.p.A. (subsidiaries of Fiat Group S.p.A.): it was also the object of my Ph.D. research that I carried out simultaneously at work. The aim of this work was to define a robust and widely tried and tested model to survey soft skills in a company. The model consists of a questionnaire taken from the literature and multivariate data analysis techniques. It identifies correlations between the survey dimensions Empathy, Reliability, Appearance and the categories of people, with the aim of guiding the implementation of improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness through a second survey.
