- Manages a prospect pool of about 75 alums, cultivating them for annual giving to the college as well as capacity for major giving in relation to capital projects. Methods for cultivation and reporting include visiting prospects locally and across the northeastern US, writing contact reports detailing visits and correspondences, and executing post-visit follow-up protocols.- Assists the Director of Annual Giving in writing various solicitation letters.- Maintains and updates donor database of prospects.- Managed the planning, strategizing, and implementation of the College's Spring 2019 Phonathon.- Managed the College's annual 48 hour giving challenge, which included the creation and implementation of a communications plan.- Assisted the Alumnae and Alumni Engagement office in planning and executing Reunion, the College's largest annual event.

- Implemented the SHM's communication and marketing plan by expanding awareness of SHM across a multitude of social media platforms.- Utilized social media and other technologies to market and inform the public of educational programming and events at the Museum; managed SHM social media presence and curated informational postings. - Helped develop Giving Tuesday promotional material and social media plan, which led to a doubling of Giving Tuesday contributions from 2016-2017.- Designed all ads and event program for the 2018 Elsa Soderberg Distinguished Speaker Series, featuring Dan Abrams, as well as for numerous seasonal fundraising programs.
