Managed the Equitable Partnering Learning Exchanges between The Nature Conservancy and 20 community-based organizations led by people of color to co-create models of equitable and inclusive engagement and partnership. With Sachamama, developed a curriculum to grow Latino/Latina leadership in fire adaptation and resilience to deliver life-saving information to their own in ways that are respectful and relevant.In partnership with Green The Church GTC, developed a funding model so GTC could support local organizations in key states in designing nature-based solutions for climate adaptation.Designed curricula and train-the-trainer workshops to build capacity inside and outside of TNC, on Unconscious Bias, Psychological Safety in teams, Equity in Conservation, Allyship, Leadership for Equity, Power Dynamics in Conservation Work and others.Delivered a four-part series to 200 staff of the Fire Learning Networks and their partners on Psychological Safety, Unconscious Bias, Allyship, and Power Dynamics.Facilitated virtual meetings for state chapters and business units on historical and institutional racism. Guided difficult conversations to build trust and understanding, deepen relationships, and enable transformative actions in service of racial equity.
