99% of the companies in Uruguay are small and medium-sized, employing 64% of the labor force. The purpose of the facilitation is to promote the use of digital tools so that these businesses can sell more, manage better, work better and produce better. Specifically, my tasks refer to - Technical advice to companies in their development and growth processes in relation to the adoption of digital technologies - Deepening the information provided by the company on the level of digital maturity and the prior diagnosis of digital transformation - Analyzing and evaluating the economic/commercial situation and business model of the company - Prepare a digital transformation plan for the company based on its business objectives and current level of maturity - Provide information on financing alternatives and other benefits of the market for the implementation of the results of the facilitation.

I am a professor for the module Management Tools I (HGI). The tools that the module refers to are ERP and CRM.My goals as a professor of this module are to provide students with the necessary knowledge to understand what these tools are and how they work, the benefits of their implementation in companies, the elements to consider when deciding and selecting their implementation, and the specifics of the implementation process.

I provide services for d-local (first Uruguayan Unicorn - NASDAQ/May 2021), with whom I have been working since the beginning of 2019.Currently, I ensure that the outsourced services contracted by d-local worldwide, such as accounting, reporting, and tax compliance, are aligned with the needs of the company in each country where they are provided.Similarly, I support d-local's expansion and growth by performing selection, onboarding, and onboarding related to contracted services in each of the new countries where d-local has a presence.I work fluently and permanently with the Finance and Tax team in Uruguay and the different countries where d-local has an office, as well as with the BPO teams in more than 26 countries in the LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions.I highlight the formation and training of the current global consolidation team and the reporting and consolidation frameworks as objectives achieved.

As a member of the executive team during this time, I shared responsibility for setting global goals and meeting those goals for work teams with a portfolio of 45 to 60 customers in mining, construction, retail, transportation, and agriculture.I was responsible for the performance of the transfer pricing and training teams.I designed and implemented reports to measure work team performance, analyze variances, and suggest improvements.At the same time, I designed and oversaw the preparation of accounting, financial, and tax reports for both clients and partners of the company.I managed and participated in various specific projects for clients (due diligence, purchase, and sale of real estate and companies, etc.) carried out by multidisciplinary teams (lawyers, notaries, and accountants).I was also co-responsible for the coordination and implementation of internal projects for the standardization of reports for the measurement of hours and the automation of processes for the generation of reports through RPA.For the past two years, I have focused on working with and advising digital businesses, leading the team (primary team) for global coordination (worldwide) of outsourcing services in the areas of accounting consolidation, tax, payroll, and social change. I have supported client expansion and growth by selecting, implementing, and onboarding accounting, tax, and payroll services in the new countries in which they are present.

I provide controller services to the company's clients. The clients are early-stage foreign digital startups. My goal is to understand their business needs and design and create reports and metrics for decision-making based on that.

I led the initial phase of the company's finance and administration department improvement project.The objectives of my tasks were to select and assemble the finance team, redesign processes, and tasks with the aim of efficiency and improvement using technological tools.

In the course of this period, my tasks were as follows:• Training and management of work teams.• Supervisor of the operations and performance of work teams in order to provide the advice required by clients and the fulfillment of the services contracted by them.• Responsible for tax, corporate, accounting and labor advice to clients in commercial, service, agricultural and industrial sectors.During this period my participation contributed to the growth of the entire client portfolio of the company.In addition, I created, developed, and managed the organization's agricultural department, which continues to function to date.I focused on advising foreign clients (mainly US customers), being my responsibility to provide services to these clients.

As part of my duties, I assisted the CFO and CEO in making decisions regarding the company's tax situation, as I was responsible for processing, managing, and coordinating tax payments for the entire company.During my time with the company, I managed to shape my position to receive information and support all areas of the company in a systemic way, creating a stronger interrelationship between finance, marketing, operations, and IT.By achieving that my position acted in relationship and coordination with the entire organization, I was a key participant in marketing and internal control projects (SOX) that permeated the company in a transversal way.

I performed tasks related to accounting registrations, bank reconciliations, preparation and review of financial statements, tax calculations, and payroll.During this time, I began managing teams and monitoring the information they produced before it was delivered to the end client.
