GLAMSex is a non-profit organization, founded by young researchers whose primary interest is the study of sex markets. Using different methodologies and approaches, we study sex work issues in Latin America. The purpose of GLAMSex is to generate a meaningful and rigorous analysis of that industry as well as creating platforms for open dialogue, education, cooperation, and exchange. We seek collaboration with political and social forces which determine the study and regulation of sex markets, such as NGOs, authorities responsible for designing public policies, unions, and informal associations of sex workers.
