I have a degree in International Business and I’ve always been interested in factors that affect the competitive performance of business worlddwide. In order to gain general appreciation, it was essential to me to have a strong grounding in Economics, Supply Chain Management and Negotiations with a General Management perspective. I’ve worked for 6 years for Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A., which manages 33 international and domestic airports in Argentina and 3 airports abroad (Uruguay, Ecuador, Armenia). In the International Purchases and Logistics Department, I was in charge of the foreign purchases and the coordination of import and export processes. I've analyzed markets and examined supply and distribution networks for diverse products and industries. I've helped to formulate new strategies, plans for expansion and diversification. As part of a team, I've carried out preliminary feasibility studies; compared technology options; analyzed commercial proposals, and studied government schemes to maximize efficiencies. When I started having different interests I looked for a new challenge and changed my job. I joined a multinational company, in the oil industry: ExxonMobil. Working for the oil industry has a different social responsibility. During the last 2 years I’ve learn about how big companies are managed. I have studied in detail the organization structure and policies which has given me valuable insights into the environment in which companies operate. I observed some different ways of running a business and I've been specially involved in the IT area which provides me with additional knowledge of how market is developing from different point of views.Four years ago I had the opportunity to start up my own business. I designed the proyect and work on the development. Now I run a deli restaurant. I have employees. Coordinate purchases. Specialties: Procurement, Import and Export.
