- Collect internal corporate information through the record of events that occurred in the different systems so that actions can be channeled in the technical and billing areas of the company - Support in the formulation of innovatives sales and customer acquisition strategies through the recognition of the strengths of the Company, the analysis of customer requests and market needs. - Advise on communication plans and actions that publicize the company and improve internal communications. - Attend and manage customer concerns by responding and solving their requirements. - Promote internal communication actions to optimize the performance of the functions of each one of the areas in favor of a better performance of the Company.

Managed the FAO Communications and Development Program in Venezuela where I was in charge of :- Coordination of interviews and meetings with government counterparts and others stakeholders and different groups in the society.- Formulation of the annual plan for external and internal communications- Acted as liaison among UNCT, national authorities and stakeholders. - Relations with media. - Responsable for website of FAO Venezuela. - Writing and edition of the publication of FAO Venezuela - Formulation of project ideas. - Advising the FAO Representative in presentations, articles and speeches. - Drafting communication reports and about de country context- Participate in coordination meetings for planning frameworks with the Goverment and other ONU Agencies.
