-Coordinate import shipments into México of ocean freights, air freights and in land freights of finished goods, machinary and spare parts for distributions centers and MX2 Plant-Logistics support to Supply Chain team of finished products and installation Teams at MX2 plant.-Implement strategies for cost reductions related to logistics considering Transportation capacity, receiving capacity at the warehouses and plants, as well as the Customs broker resources-Ensure adherence to all mexican Customs requirements in order to achieve full compliance.-Process imports inventory through our ERP system and genérate the pertinent reports.- Ensure payments to the logistics suppliers.

-Answer all customer inquiries in accordance with the Customer Service Policy standards.-Serve as a liaison between Shipper, Billing, Customs Clearance and Customer regarding all shipment details.-Receive and track P.O.s from Importers/customer service group for pending shipments-Reporting of shipment progress as required by the customer-Notify customer / broker of arrival and charges.-Updating internal electronic systems as required (Tracking reports, data quality)-Claims, IHT-Report shipping schedules-Other duties as requested

Update prices of auto parts in ERP system.Review the customer's purchase Orders.Ship prototypes for review to our customersRevise the customer's contractsSupport the production department to ensure shipments.Update customer database.Support the area in general tasks.
